Our Hatching Egg Guarantee
At West Roost Hollow, every hatching egg is handled with care from our flock to your incubator. We carefully select, handle, and package each order so your eggs have the best possible journey.
We know shipping can sometimes be a little rough on our delicate eggs! While we do our best to tuck a few extras into your order as a little added peace of mind, extra eggs are not guaranteed and depend on availability. Please keep in mind that any extras included may be a different variety than the ones you ordered. We always do our best to send your order with a little extra care and hope they arrive safely!
We're proud of the quality of our eggs and stand behind your experience with a satisfaction guarantee. If something doesn't arrive as expected, (heavily damaged or late), or you have a concern with your order, reach out to us. We'll always do our best to make it right.
A Note About Hatch Rates
Our guarantee is for your satisfaction, not a guaranteed hatch rate.
Once your eggs arrive, hatch results can be influenced by shipping, storage, handling, and the many variables involved in incubation. Those factors are outside our control, so we can't promise a specific hatch rate.
What we can promise is that we'll put care into every order that leaves West Roost Hollow.
